I had a fantastic stay at The Pyramid Cancun By Oasis. The resort is beautiful, with lovely pools and easy access to the beach. The food was great, especially at the Sakura restaurant with its amazing Japanese cuisine. However, the cleanliness of my first room was a bit disappointing, but they quickly moved me to a better one. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider returning!

The Pyramid Standard Room was spacious with an very nice ocean view. However, my first room was not cleaned properly and had some bugs, but they switched me to a better room quickly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even sent a manager to my room when I reported issues with the original room. Service levels were impressive throughout my stay.

The resort's location is perfect, right on the beach and close to the Pyramids at Grand Oasis. Plus, the gardens and atmosphere felt like an oasis, which I loved.

Dining experiences were enjoyable, especially at the gourmet restaurant La Cayenne which served great steaks. However, the buffet can get a bit crowded during peak times, and reservations are required for the other restaurants.
